All industrial and intelectual property rights of metrofort.com, and the elements contained therein (including, among others, images or text) belong to the Metrologia Fort, S.L. or, when appropriate, to third parties.

The USER can view these items and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of their computer or any other hardware if it is exclusively for their personal and private use. It is thus strictly prohibited its commercial use, distribution, as well as its modification, alteration or decompilation.

Metrologia Fort, S.L. undertakes to fulfil regulations on the treatment of personal data, specifically Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereafter OLPPD).

1) Metrologia Fort, S.L. web sites supply access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (henceforth to be referred to as "the content") on the Internet belonging to third parties, to which the USER may have access. Although Metrologia Fort, S.L. acts in good faith, it is not responsible for the editing of said content nor directly or indirectly responsible for complaints deriving from the quality, trustworthiness, exactness or correctness of the same.

2) The user undertakes to make an appropriate use of the content and services that Metrologia Fort, S.L. offers through its website and not to use them for (i) engaging in illegal, illicit or in breach of good faith or public order activities, (ii) disseminating racist, xenophobic, pornographic, illegal, advocacy of terrorism or infringe human rights propaganda or contents, (iii) causing damages to Metrologia Fort, S.L. systems and hardware, of its suppliers or third parties, introducing or spreading on the network computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are capable to cause the above mentioned damage, (iv) trying to access and, when appropriate, to use the e-mail accounts of other users to modify or manipulate their messages.

3) Metrologia Fort, S.L. reserves the right to make unannounced changes that it deems appropriate within their websites, changing, deleting or adding both content and services provided through the same as well as the manner in which they are presented or located in their websites.

4) Metrologia Fort, S.L. pursues the breach of the above mentioned conditions and any misuse of their websites, exercising all civil and criminal actions that it can by law.
